We're looking for a Senior Technology Product Manager to help shape and lead the future of digital experiences at Kiwibank. Sitting within the Digital & Technology team, this role is all about strategy and setting direction for key initiatives. You’ll need to have your finger on the pulse for what’s happening across the industry and help us define, organise and co-ordinate a clear communication, notification and analytics strategy for our customer channels.

You’ll work closely with other product leaders, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to prioritise, shape, and deliver —balancing near-term tactical wins with long-term strategic direction. You'll also lead a team of product professionals and contribute directly to shaping product culture across the bank.

- Key skills and experience we’re looking for:_
- Experience delivering mid-to-large-scale digital or technology initiatives
- Ability to think strategically and manage complexity across products and platforms
- Strong leadership skills, including managing people and driving performance
- Commercial and financial acumen, including experience with CAPEX/OPEX budgets
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A background in working closely with engineering and architecture to shape product roadmaps

- Experience managing vendor relationships and platform support contracts
- Knowledge of service governance, digital strategy alignment, or regulatory environments
- A passion for continuous improvement and product thinking at scale
