As the** Senior Product Manager - Integration Technology** you'll be at the forefront of managing and evolving what is an expanding and critically important product space for Kiwibank and our customers. As a leader in the product space, you’ll be passionate about providing exceptional experiences to your team, investing in their development and growth, and empowering them to deliver and own their work.
- Key role responsibilities:_
- ** Technical Leadership**: Lead and mentor multiple integration squads.
- ** Product Strategy**: Develop and maintain a forward-looking product strategy and roadmap that supports our digital transformation objectives.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Confidently engage with both business and technology teams.
- ** Team Development**: Build and nurture a collaborative and engaged team culture, focusing on continuous learning and development.
- ** Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with vendors and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ** Analytical Expertise**: Utilise your analytical skills and commercial acumen to make informed decisions that drive successful integration and transformation outcomes.

- Key skills and experience we’re looking for:_
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Ideally, you have an engineering background and/or significant technical experience, enabling you to lead integration squads effectively.
- ** Experience**:Strong background in the financial services industry or similar, with a deep understanding of digital transformation and integration. This is essential to the role
- ** Leadership**: Proven success in leading and developing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. People management experience is a must-have for this role.
- ** Strategic Vision**: Ability to craft and maintain a product strategy that supports long-term business and transformation goals.
