**Ko tō tūranga - Your role**:
The Capability Domain Chapter Lead is accountable for people readiness strategy and execution. This is a critical role, ensuring our people are equipped and that have the skills and knowledge they need to deliver consistent sales and service. The Capability team will utilise an advanced understanding of the Vodafone business and interlock with the Learning & Development team in HR to deliver a fit for purpose offering.

The Capability Domain Chapter Lead will take ownership of the Knowledge Chapter and capability development roles and as this is a new function, will play a key role in the design and build of this team over time.

**Ko tō mahi - What you’ll do**:

- Define career pathways and skills requirements (including “I can” statements across and within channels.
- Manage the delivery of capability development into channels via an agile delivery model and split roles - “craft coaches” embedded in channels.
- Manage knowledge content and processes to ensure that our people have access to the information they need to serve customers.
- Collaborate and interface with the L&D team in HR to have input into content design and ensure seamless delivery across channels.
- Build and lead a Customer Obsessed Team creating a best in class customer centric, collaborative and high performing culture.

- Previous leadership experience in an Agile environment.
- Strong capability experience with a robust understanding of career pathways and relevant methodologies.
- The ability to lead and build a new function including defining processes and plans and bringing together a team.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead a distributed team including roles inside and outside of functional responsibility.
- The ability to excel in cross-functional ways of working and top tier stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced understanding of the Vodafone business or equivalent.
