**Job Description**:
This Change & Delivery Chapter Lead role is pivotal and two-fold in driving and ensuring the commercial success and delivery of our strategic technology initiatives.

Sitting within the Information Technology & Services Chapter Area and reporting into the Domain Chapter Lead - Enterprise and Information Services, your time will be split between growing and delivering Organisational Change capability, providing Project leadership across programs of work and people management.

With a sound financial acumen and commercial mindset, you drive best practice Organisational Change and Delivery strategies while developing, supporting, nurturing, and empowering the team to perform and be at their very best. The people management aspects of this role will see you facilitate capability growth, consistency and allocation of resources within your chapter.

You will also work as a squad member, contributing to the squad on the same terms as other chapter/squad members.

**Qualifications**:
We will rely on your excellent communication and relationship management skills, as this role will see you work cross functionally and influence a range of stakeholders at all levels.

Equally important is your ability to develop, empower and nurture your team to drive engagement and best practice. Your passion and drive to share knowledge and raise the bar will be infectious.
