As a Mobile Mortgage Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional home lending experiences to customers across [location] and surrounding regions. Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
Minimum of 3 year’s home lending experience and a strong understanding of credit risk is an absolute pre-requisite for this role. In addition, we are looking for someone who displays the following key attributes:
- Expert knowledge of residential lending and associated products, as well as a familiarity with complex deals involving multiple parties and trusts.
- Have, or be working towards NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) Residential Property Lending.
- Strong existing networks, demonstrating the ability to identify and drive new business opportunities.
- Exceptional knowledge of the local markets, and understanding of the home buying process
- A lifestyle that allows you to work around our customers’ busy schedules and meet them when and where it is convenient for them.
- Create a customer experience that is world class by being empathetic, trusted, and knowledgeable.
- Be a confident presenter, comfortable speaking in a seminar environment to a wide audience of people.
