**EMI** is looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser who would like to join the team and become the next rising star in this well-established team.

This role is ideal for someone who will leverage their expertise, having $20mn+ of past settlements in last 12 months.

**You will be mainly responsible for**:

- Convert internal leads into successful deals through professional and timely intervention
- Collaborate with our support teams to ensure seamless client management and full compliance
- Provide expert advice to clients as they navigate the mortgage lending process
- Work on high-end deal collaboration and support to deliver excellent client outcomes

**What you will need to succeed**
- Have minimum of 3 years of banking experience specializing in home lending, or 12+ months as an independent Mortgage Adviser
- Proven experience in mortgage advisory, with $20mn+ in past settlements in last 12 months.
- Level 5 Financial Services Certificate is mandatory.
- Strong sales background and passion for property investment.
