You will be required to work within a profitable account group by demonstrating relationship, business development and commercial skills. Your client service role requires a constant demonstration of proactive project management that delivers marketing solutions for your clients and business for the agency.
The Senior Account Manager is a hands-on role requiring you to deliver solution-focussed service to a key client. You are ultimately responsible for delivering work on time and on budget by supporting and understanding your clients needs. Your role also requires an understanding of and contribution to the financial performance of your account team and the meeting of monthly revenue targets.
What will a day in the role look like?
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects day-to-day, taking ownership of these projects and liaising with relevant client contacts to ensure the delivery of quality work on brand, on time, on budget and error-free. This will demand that you participate in all stages of the production process, from brief to results analysis, as well as interacting with clients and all agency business units across planning, creative and production.
Facilitating the production of outstanding business solutions and creative work across various retail marketing channels. This will require you to demonstrate organisational skills and a dedication to the detail of project management required to deliver projects to market on time, on budget and error-free.
Ennsuring the profitability of daily projects. You will be required to assist your team in ensuring all projects are completed on budget and in a profitable manner. This will require co-ordinating planning, production, database and creative quotes associated with individual jobs and preparing cost estimates for approval by your Senior Account Director and key clients.
You will be required to keep your Senior Account Director fully informed of projects' status, escalating potential issues before they arise with a recommendation of a possible solution.
What you will need
As a Senior Account Manager, there is a strong expectation that through experience and training you will develop and extend your understanding in all communication channels from brand, retail, direct, digital and database marketing.
