We have a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced _Food & Beverage Team Leader/Supervisor _to enhance & support our current **Conference & Events Team **. You will be outgoing, have passion for event coordination, be super organised with a key eye for details, and be totally committed to providing excellent customer service to our clients

**Bring with you**
- At least 2 Years of F&B or Conference and Events experience
- Enthusiasm & zeal to make a difference
- Teamwork
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Time management and prioritising skills
- Flexible and creative approach to problem solving

**Ideally you will...**
- Lead the shifts for operations & have a working knowledge of floor staff operations
- Supervise the standard of daily processes and ensure all requirements & standards are met by the team
- Oversee operations of various conferences & events, while coordinating with different teams.
- Assist Manager to drive departmental revenues
- Assist with training and development of team members
- Ensure conference facilities and equipment are well maintained
- Deal with guest queries and escalations while delivering 5-star experience
