We're looking for a high-energy, innovative, and analytical superstar to lead our new People Projects and Process stream of two (including you). If you're passionate about transforming HR and creating a world-leading experience for our people, this role is made for you

At Citycare Property we believe in pushing the boundaries of HR excellence. Our new People Projects and Process stream will be the driving force behind our People function's transformation, making it more mature and dynamic. We're on a mission to analyse, innovate, and redefine People initiatives and processes to ensure our people have the best experience.

**What You'll Do? **As the People Projects Lead, you'll be at the heart of HR innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

- Dive into HR metrics and data to uncover trends, gain insights, and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the creation of cutting-edge people and culture policies, making them user-friendly for leaders and kaimahi (employees).
- Support the Head of People with the development of a remuneration and benefits strategy.
- Elevate the People Partnering function, providing support to People Leads and coaching the team on various People matters.
- Lead the evolution of our performance management framework.
- Spearhead our digital approach, introducing automation, AI solutions, self-service capabilities, advanced analytics, and seamless system integrations.
- Play a critical role in supporting business tenders by staying updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and job market changes.
