**Key Responsibilities in the role**:

- _Provide operational support to budget holders by preparing and managing budgets._
- _Prepare quality monthly and quarterly financial reports for key stakeholders._
- _Support regular reviews of financial performance._
- _Ensure financial compliance requirements are met, risks identified, and controls are in place._

**Attributes and Experience**

Some of the key skills we are looking for are:

- Previous accounting experience, including budgeting, cashflow processes, and management reporting.
- Knowledge and skills in accounting software and a capable user of MS Excel.
- Ability to prioritise, manage workloads and meet deadlines.
- Passion for accuracy and an eye for detail.
- Quick to pick up new concepts and terminology.
- Self-awareness and the ability to positively influence others.
- Business fundamentals and a willingness to question the status quo.
