**The Company**

My client is a very large NZ business with majority NZ ownership with superb financial backing. The business is circa $350M+ revenue and continues to grow. Operating in the health sector, this company provides critical services to New Zealanders. The company is based in Mt Wellington and offers hybrid working.

**The Role**

The role of Finance Business Partner will report to a FBP Manager and will focus on one major geographical region to support the operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Preparation of the monthly management accountants, providing variance analysis, and commentary
- Assist the FBP Manager on modelling scenarios and business case preparation
- Conducting ad hoc analysis for 3rd party requirements as required
- Business Partner head of departments, GM's and other senior stakeholders as required to ensure financial stewardship within the business
- Support KPI reporting both internally & externally
- Assist with the budgeting & forecasting processes
- Provide ad hoc management information for contract negotiations and SLA reporting
- Other ad hoc reporting as required.

**Your profile**:
To be considered for this role, we are looking for an individual who has the following skills and attributes:

- 3-5 years management accounting experience, able to demonstrate proven experience pulling together monthly management accounts
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proven Stakeholder management skills
- CA / CPA strongly preferred
- Strong excel capability with some exposure to modelling work
- An analytical capability and an ability to translate financial information to operations
- Someone that is career driven, wanting to learn and grow
- Strong attention to detail
- A hands on approach to work
- An ability to work as a team

This organisation offers a hybrid working environment (3/2) with some anchor days. Parking is available on site. The manager is someone with great energy & brings a sense of enjoyment to her work daily.
