We are seeking an experienced and compassionate **Radiology Lead Nurse** to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leading and coordinating nursing care within the radiology department, ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence..

Based at our radiology sites at **Allevia Hospital in Epsom**, and reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, this is a **permanent full-time role** (1.0 FTE) with set shifts, **Monday to Friday**.
- Registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand, a current APC, and at least 3 years in a senior nursing role
- Significant experience in **Radiology** nursing with firm understanding of radiology clinical protocols and regulatory standards
- Team leadership, performance management and mentoring experience
- Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
