**Position Information**
Invenco was recently acquired by Vontier, and we are now part of Gilbarco Veeder-Root. This position is joining at an exciting time as we continue to integrate within GVR, you will gain exposure within a wider global people & culture team, whilst being part of the NZ team. This role will be varied and will look after induction & onboarding for all New Zealand hires, as well as maintaining employee data and files. This is the perfect position for an HR Coordinator or Administrator looking to step up to an Advisor position as it's varied, global and you are joining a collaborative and really friendly team

In this position you will be involved in the following:
Induction & Onboarding
- Responsible for the onboarding & induction for new joiners in the APAC region.
- Collaborating with GVR stakeholders to ensure consistency for onboarding for global employees.
- Reviewing induction process - looking at ways to improve and create a streamlined process (from a global perspective)

Business Partnering
- Work closely with our managers and provide guidance in team leadership, all HR matters, recruitment and building a successful and high-performing environment.
- Partner with people managers to identify high-performers, and create development plans
- Liaise with people managers regarding their team and any performance issues.
- Identify concerns and create a path forward to resolve.
- Leadership identification and development, and succession planning
- Provide remuneration and market information and data as required

People Documentation
- Prepare employee documentation, including employment agreements, promotion letters, change of role and other relevant employee paperwork.
- Ensure data accuracy.
- Adhoc P&C administration as required - including running reports, audits of data, and assisting with reports.
- Updating payroll with salary changes, employee variations, promotions and contract extensions

Recruitment
- Looking after the full recruitment process for the global Customer Support, Operations & Hardware vacancies for Invenco (mainly in NZ)
- Proactively engaging with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Employment Relations
- Performance management and employee conduct issues
- Providing the business with guidance on NZ employment law changes and industry updates.
