**About the role**
Located on Auckland’s North Shore and reporting to our VP, Talent and Culture, this is a great opportunity to develop your career in HR and Recruitment. This position would suit a graduate or someone with a couple of years’ experience already in a People & Culture environment.

We are a global business - so this position will gain exposure across Malaysia, US and NZ employment practices. Sitting as part of our global team you will support the team in a wide range of people functions - including:

- Onboarding - setting up new employees, ensuring the onboarding process runs smoothly, arranging induction meetings and ensuring IT and Payroll have all the necessary information.
- Recruitment - supporting the team with recruitment support, including advertising new positions, coordinating interviews and conducting reference checks.
- People Documentation - preparing employment agreements and other employee paperwork such as promotion and change of position letters.
- NZ Office Support - helping to ensure our NZ office runs smoothly, getting involved in the coordination of social events.
- P&C Administration - assisting in global projects as required, supporting both the NZ and US teams. Completing payroll reports and ensuring our HR system is up to date.

**About You**
You may have finished your degree in the last few years with a major in Human Resources or sitting in an entry level HR role at the moment. Ideally you have some experience in the following:

- Previous HR or Recruitment experience
- Experience in an HR generalist role, with recruitment experience
- Excellent communication - with the ability to work with a range of people.
- Positive attitude, resilient and happy to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
- Approachable and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills - able to look at alternative paths when the answer is not immediately available.
- Qualification in Human Resources (or similar)
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Positive outlook and looking for a busy role which will allow you to develop your HR career.

Most importantly is that you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
