**Our client**:
Is a New Zealand specialist retailer founded in 2004 who has expanded their footprint to include 6x stores across the North & South Island to provide the best surf & skate equipment and apparel to their customers

**The role**:
Have accountability and ownership over the success of the 6x stores from an operational, financial and people perspective. This is a hands on role where you will be present engaging regularly with your teams building capability & elevating overall store performance at all times.

There will be a requirement for regular travel to stores across the North and South Island.
- Recruit, onboard, train & develop new and existing staff
- Manage all and any HR issues / processes
- Drive achievement of sales & KPIs
- Build effective relationships with buyers and other key stakeholders to ensure overall business success

**What experience we are looking for**:

- Area or Regional Management experience within apparel retailer is preferred
- An interest in surf, ski or snow
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong financial acumen - experience managing P&L
- Motivating and inspiring leadership approach
- Proven ability to positively impact the success of a retail business

**What you will be rewarded with**:

- $75-95k per annum
- Vehicle + fuel card + phone
- Bonus based on performance
- Surround yourself with cool, successful and like minded people
- Have ownership over your role and remit
