As our Administration Support, you will be part of an exceptional team of administrators with a focus on smooth day to day running of our IT department.
In addition to the above you will:
- Manage meeting rooms, schedules, and bookings
- Oversee office deliveries and couriers
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff
- Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies
- Liaise for building maintenance and repairs
- Administer office access and security fobs
- Welcome and onboard new starters
- Coordinate desk moves and workstation setups
- Maintain health & safety compliance
- Assist with orders and distribution of corporate clothing
- Be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about each other and the role they play in delivering outcomes for the business.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven admin experience, high attention to details; office coordination a bonus
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; basic Excel skills are a bonus
- Excellent organiser, with strong planning, prioritisation, and time management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Eager to learn, lend a helping hand, and muck in with the team
- Takes real pride in your work and always aims to deliver a quality experience
