Who is hiring?

Pathway Charitable Group who have been helping people since 1998, their focus is on providing opportunities for people to make a fresh start with new tools, skills, and possibilities. They do this with a mix of social services that work in tandem with their other business divisions. 

Along with their social enterprises Pathway also provided accommodation services to those in need, by providing long term accommodation they can assist those most vulnerable in our community. 

The Role?

As Group Administrator and Property Coordinator you will be responsible for providing general administrative support for the trusts leadership team along with the day to day management the trusts property assets. 

You will be the first point of contact for the trust and the general management of the office along with event management, health and safety administration and assisting with fundraising and engaging with volunteers. 

What will you need?

To succeed in this role, you will need.

  • Experience in a customer service, administration and property
  • Sound communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to solve problems and have common sense approach
  • Resilience and the ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics
