Your role is essential in ensuring we understand and manage the customer impact of changes, all while delivering solutions that are both safe and swift.

**You can expect to be across the following**:

- Connect the chapter to the overall Tower strategy in your area of capability
- Ensure the right level of documentation is up to date and in place
- Ensure that we create and maintain software with proper SDLC and ITIL process that adhere to a set of minimum standards to meet an evolving warrant of fitness
- Support the Capability of the Platform to deliver software swiftly and safely while understanding customer impact
- Support the Capability of the Chapter and its members
- Support the Capability of the Product to meet the needs of the Customer
- Ensure that automation assets and processes are sharable across teams to enable reuse and standardization.
- Help us to bring a more unified DevOps culture to the Technology teams at Tower.

**What you'll need**

**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Hands on experience, an expert within the field of capability of this role
- Firm understanding of Architecture, SDLC and Product development
- Demonstrated experience in making decisions based on data and business value
- Experience in working in scaled Agile delivery and ways of working
- Real world experience in hands on technical delivery or in an operational support role.
- Practical experience working in a DevOps environment and with tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure, Ansible, Jenkins, Helm
- Experience with training and mentoring more junior staff
- Experience of delivering change that's required to grow and evolve a team in line with strategic goals
- Stakeholder management and negotiation experience
