**Role Purpose**
A service readiness analyst works with the delivery teams to assist in the transition of products and services to production. The service readiness analyst is accountable to the chair of the Change Advisory Board chair for the quality and consistency of artifacts that are presented to the CAB.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all artifacts comply with the NZAA standard
- Software Asset and configuration management
- Ensure system availability and capacity management align with operational requirements
- Analysing and assessing the impacts to production of change request.
**To be successful in this role you will have the following qualifications and experience**:
- 2-3 yrs of experience in Service Management or Service design
- Having working knowledge of ITIL
