Our talent team play a vital role in ensuring we’re attracting, identifying and hiring diverse talent for our Co-op that will continue to ensure we nail our purpose of ensuring New Zealanders get more out of life.

**About the role**

You’ll proactively support the administration and coordination of programmes that bring the attraction and onboarding of talent to life at Foodies including;
- Managing the generation of all employee contracts and associated documentation via our recruitment system, e-signature and onboarding tools.
- Acting as a fist point of call for new employees around the employee contracts and onboarding needs
- Providing administration and coordination support to our Early Careers programmes and induction programmes
- Coordinating the content for our Social Media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)
- Supporting the creation of recruitment marketing collateral
- Providing support to the Head of Talent and Diversity & Inclusion Working Group in the coordination of D&I related activities
- Supporting the Talent team (and wider People & Capability team) with people programmes and projects

**What we’re looking for**

You’ll need to have genuine interest (and a passion) for the world of people & capability and have a great mix of administration skills coupled with creativity. You’ll also;
- Have impeccable attention to detail and a natural ability for prioritising work
- Have experience in an administration focused role. HR/Recruitment admin would be great but by no means necessary
- Have a great mix of detail orientation towards admin with a twist of creativity and seeing what’s possible.
- Have a collaborative working style yet be able to stand on your own two feet
