Our Summer Internship Programme is a 12-week paid internship based in Māngere, Auckland, starting in November. It’s all about setting you up for an exciting career and developing you as a future leader by providing you with renowned learning and development, mentorship, and the opportunity to tackle real world business problems that help us achieve our aspiration - which is to become the world’s most customer driven retailer.

We take students who are studying at any year level, and welcome expressions from those who are currently working in our supermarkets. With up to 30 roles spanning across every inch of our co-op, our Summer Internship Programme is the perfect place to discover your career.
