Head of Enterprise Programme Office

Reporting to the CFO as Head of Enterprise Programme Office, you'll enable the delivery of Foodstuffs North Island's enterprise-wide strategic programmes.

**About the role**

Based on the ever-changing landscape of our customers and communities, you will partner with the Executive Team, senior leaders, and other parts of the FSNI business to enable execution of a portfolio of strategic programmes, bringing FSNI's strategy to life. You will excel at aligning work and resources to strategy, ultimately ensuring that the business is doing the right work to drive value for the business. You will be able to strike the balance between governance and enabling while ensuring that everyone is working on the things that are the most impactful. You will also be able to help the organisation to shift and adapt when opportunities arise, conditions change or priorities shift.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Key enabler to the wider business providing oversight and high-level coordination to key stakeholders.
- Establishing a centralised enterprise level programme office with clear authority and mandate to support the delivery of enterprise-wide programmes, while ensuring that accountability and responsibilities remain clearly with programme sponsors, business leads and programme managers.
- Establishing credibility as a trusted partner and influencer across the co-op ensuring effective communication, facilitation and collaboration with key stakeholders and driving the strategy to ensure everything is planned well, resourced well and executed well.

**About you**

With a strong track record in executing strategy & transformational programmes, you'll be someone who is very solution orientated and has the maturity to work across the executive team, emulating a mindset that puts our customers' needs first while ensuring we deliver on our purpose of helping New Zealanders get the most out of life.

**Other skills/ experience will include**:

- Demonstrated experience running a large transformation programme and delivering strategic outcomes for a customer focused business.
- Implementation and execution of strategies that align with the wider business.
- Outstanding planning and communication skills with the ability to take key stakeholders on a journey in achieving strategic outcomes for the wider business.
- Experience in establishing a programme management office in a large scale and multi stakeholder organisation.
