About the Role:
As the Waitemata Training Specialist you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our brewery’s success. From revamping the Operational Training Matrix to preparing teams, your expertise will help shape the future of Waitemata Brewery.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion the Learning & Development (L&D) Pillar, driving training excellence and team capability.
Ensure safety compliance and certifications, covering high-risk activities like FLT licenses, permit to work training etc.
Lead the training setup for new and exciting Capital Projects over the next three years.
Oversee and optimize the brewery’s SOPs and training matrix for seamless operations.
Develop vertical skill matrixes to guide employees on their growth journey.
Facilitate impactful training programs for operators, engineers, and leaders.
Manage the training budget
About you:
- Over 5 years of FMCG experience with a knack for communication and coordination.
- A passion for training, with skills in technical SOP writing, course facilitation, and training needs analysis.
- Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies, preferably TPM.
- Familiarity with apprenticeship programs and the HEINEKEN 70-20-10 learning principle.
