We have an exciting opportunity to join our high performing Commercial team as a **Commercial Associate**, based at our regional centre in Hamilton.

As a **Commercial** **Associate** you will be part of a specialist Commercial banking relationship team, working across 2 portfolios. You'll deliver exceptional customer service over the phone to new and existing customers while also proactively looking for solutions to meet customer needs with ASB products and services. Working in a close-knit team, you'll also provide operational and administrative support to the Commercial Managers and wider team.

**What you will bring**:
Your friendly, can-do attitude, superb organisational skills and engaging phone manner will help you build strong relationships with everyone you come in contact with. You have a passion for delivering a positive experience for our customers, you will need to have a flair for admin coupled with exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, and MS Office capability to ensure your success.
