**The Internal Auditor will ensure projects adhere to regulatory standards, company policies, and financial integrity while optimizing resource utilization and mitigating risks.**:
**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

**Certification**: CA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent.

**Experience**: 3+ years in internal auditing, **preferably in project finance**.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in auditing standards (IIA) and risk assessment frameworks.
- Knowledge of NZ regulatory environment and financial reporting (Xero, MYOB, or ERP systems).

**Analytical Skills**: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

**Communication**: Excellent report writing and presentation skills, bilingual is an advantage

**Preferred**:

- Experience auditing large-scale projects in Auckland/NZ.
- Familiarity with ESG/sustainability auditing.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., ACL, Power BI).
