**About the role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a recent Graduate or a Junior Internal Auditor who is wishing to start their career with a market-leading company. The position of has been designed to establish a mutual fit for the applicant and FUJIFILM, starting as a Junior Internal Auditor and then developing into a full-fledged Internal Auditor

Reporting to the Head of Legal and Risk, this role is responsible to coordinate, manage and carry out internal audits, produce audit reports, assist stakeholder in managing their internal policies and procedures, and record follow up actions.

Other duties include:

- Coordinate risk based annual audit plan detailing the scope and nature along with planned audit schedules for the financial year
- Conduct internal audits to assess the adequacy, efficiency, and effectiveness of the established internal controls and processes
- Design appropriate work programs for the scheduled internal audits
- Notify departmental General Managers and Senior Managers of the Audit work program and scope
- Prepare Internal Audit reports on existing templates
- Facilitate the monthly Audit & Risk Committee meeting Prepare agenda, presentation material

**Skills & experience**

We are looking for someone with good organisation and prioritization skills. Along with this, you will also have:

- 1+ years of Internal Audit experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work loads
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong sense of integrity and accountability
