Office Administrator and Customer Service Guru

**We’re looking for an Office Administrator Extraordinaire to join our dynamic team to be the chief liaison between our office, customers and Guru staff working out in the field.**
This part-time, and highly convenient ‘work-from-home’ position will suit an organised and self-motivated person who wants a long-term job that fits their personal lifestyle. We need someone with initiative, who is flexible and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
An ability to work with people (via online or by phone) is a must to help bring on board our new customers and new Guru staff, set them up in our systems and provide them with the necessary documentation in a timely manner.
You should have experience in office administration and customer service.
You will work independently, regularly communicating with existing customers and staff, scheduling, invoicing and on-boarding both new customers and new staff.
Could suit someone studying in Accounting or similar as maintenance and understanding of Xero and Payroll required. This can be taught for the right person willing to learn.
Your own laptop is required.
There is approximately 15-20 hours per week required, with at least 1-2 hours needing being done each day but exactly when you do it is up to you
The person currently working in this role is leaving at the end of the year so we are looking for someone to learn the systems now, increasing workload over the next few months ready for a complete hand over in December. This can definitely be negotiated for the right person
If desired, there is opportunity to take on new projects to improve our systems, increase our automation, and run marketing campaigns to our existing customers. Additional hours may be available for this upon agreement.
