Learn more about TheMarket from its CEO, Justus Wilde in the following video. **Job Description**: As a Marketing Technology Specialist, you will help growth-hack the future of New Zealand’s fasted developing marketplaces by helping us bring the noise to TheMarket by orchestrating our marketing technology stack. With 900+ merchants representing 12,000+ brands and 20m+ SKUs and big plans for growth you will be our secret sauce that helps translate marketing speak and strategy into reality by; liaising across stakeholders, developers and our integration partners to understand requirements; UX designers to understand customer impacts; and engineers to deliver feature improvements that really move the needle. **Goals** - Help us growth-hack our way to our FY25 goal (4x growth) by leading, developing and managing a world class martech road map and ‘build the customer connected retail media network of the future’. - Combine technology skills with marketing skills to enable a team of industry-leading marketers to push TheMarket’s insane amount of products out to consumers whilst maximising ROI. - Engage with a variety of business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements for improvements to processes, existing systems or new systems. Kindly advise solutions or alternatives when management gets a bit too lofty with their dreams that gets a similar if not even better result. - Prepare and participate in the development of concepts, requirements, and proposed solutions with our development team - Support the development team during our sprint by answering questions, clarifying requirements and tracking ticket progress and help deliver greatness while remaining as cool as a cucumber. - Use the force to advocate for process improvements, improving the way the product and development team deliver. - Get drunk off being organised - facilitate meetings and workshops with internal departments and third-party integrators, document changes and processes. - Drop the mic by masterfully supporting the change management process associated with process or systems replacement / upgrade. - As TheMarket trades on innovation and opportunity, the Marketing Technology Specialist is not afraid of a pivot operating on both strategic and tactical levels. - Continuous learning growth mindset.
