We are seeking well-presented, energetic individuals with a passion for premium home and beauty products, to become part of our in-store technology promoters. In this role, you will demonstrate and sell cutting-edge technology, including haircare and floorcare, helping customers experience our client’s brand.

**About the role**:
**Job Title**: In Store Technology Promoter
**Locations Available**: Auckland
**Stores**:Harvey Norman, Noel Leeming, JB Hifi stores
**Start Date**:Available from start of October
**Remuneration**:$30 per hour
**Timings**: Friday, Saturday and Sunday with the flexibility of choosing your own availability. Hours are 10:30am to 3:30pm.

A fast-growing global brand in smart home technology has carved out a strong presence in New Zealand’s floor and hair care market. Known for its sleek design and engineering precision, the company focuses on delivering high-performance solutions that blend performance with intelligent automation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging in-store demonstrations of technology products, effectively showcasing innovative features and advantages within both haircare and floorcare categories.
- Consistently achieve individual sales objectives by articulating the distinct value of each product category to customers, seamlessly converting demonstrations into successful transactions.
- Uphold a clean and organised demonstration area, ensuring all products are fully operational and prepared for customer engagement.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and offering personalised product recommendations tailored to customer requirements.
- Remain current with product advancements, features, and promotional offers to ensure the dissemination of precise and up-to-date information.
- Accurately record shift activity by checking in and out of relevant reporting platforms, maintaining thorough documentation of customer feedback and product performance.

- Passionate about technology and innovation
- Confident sales skills or experience (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; commitment to excellent customer service
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Reliable, honest, with a solid work ethic
- Available for weekends and busy periods
- Must have NZ residency or valid work visa (no student visas)
