**About the Role**

As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in helping more fully realise the potential for data as a strategic enabler across our business.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational efforts to ensure that the team, relentlessly excel in delivery and become an even more productive and engaged team, delivering high quality data products and solutions for the benefit of the co-op and our customers. This will be facilitated through you:

- Maintaining a well-groomed backlog, enabling the team to increase their focus on delivering quality data products/services.
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders, to plan the delivery roadmaps, discovery efforts and ensure alignment of outcomes to business strategy.
- Foster a culture of informing actions through evidence. Use metrics that provide valuable insights, explain the ‘why’ and articulate value across initiatives.
- Performing resource and capacity planning, allocations, and workload assignments, working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to plan and keep them abreast of developments accordingly.

**About You**

Innately self-driven, you take initiative for getting things done, even when you need to lean on others for support. Outcomes focussed and with a keen commercial sense, as well as excellent negotiation and organisation abilities will be important to your success. As will the following:

- Familiarity with the Agile ways of working, technologies, and ceremonies would be helpful in this role.
- Experience managing technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain a calm demeanour under pressure.
