**About the Role**

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining a library of testing scripts and procedures for efficient reuse.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and define test requirements, actively contributing to the development of a testing culture across Foodies.
- Determining expected test results and documenting them in test cases.
- Understanding complex business processes, identifying and gathering test data within tight timeframes.
- Preparing test cases and documenting them in the central repository, following FSNI's test methodology and framework.
- Ensuring the defect management process is meticulously followed.
- Integrating automated testing tools and frameworks, enhancing efficiency and coverage.
- Fostering collaboration across departments, actively participating in cross-functional teams to assess and prioritize risks associated with different testing phases.
- Enhancing the skills of junior testers by providing training and guidance.

**About You**:
You’ll be enthusiastic and passionate about doing your job, constantly curious and always seeking to improve your knowledge along with proven testing experience in complex projects. You will also have excellent communication skills as there are multiple touch points across the business along with exceptionally sound logic, systems thinking, and analytical skills that are second to none.

You will also have:

- A qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Expertise in testing management practices.
- Experience with testing tools, including HPQC.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and defect management.
- Experience in the FMCG environment, with at least three (3) years of functional testing experience.
- ISTQB Certification (foundation level or above).
- Experience in Point of Sale (POS), SAP, Extended Warehouse Management, Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment processes.
- Preferred experience in Supply Chain and EWM.
