As an Occupational Health and Wellbeing Specialist you will be working in a future-focused Supply Chain team that is committed to evolving our proactive culture to ensure we keep our people safe every day.

**About the role**

In this role you’ll be responsible for leading and executing Occupational Health & Wellbeing initiatives across the supply chain network in an effort to improve the health, safety and wellbeing of our team.

This role is mainly based in Auckland, however travel will be required to all Supply Chain locations - including the Lower North Island (as necessary)

Other key tasks include:

- Ownership of the pre-employment medical screening process for existing Supply Chain team members, future team members and the ongoing Driver Medical Monitoring
- Establish credibility as a trusted partner coaching, mentoring, influencing and supporting key stakeholders on team member wellbeing
- Working collaboratively across the wider Supply Chain Safety & Wellbeing team to ensure engagement in the Safety & Wellbeing space
- Driving uptake of the annual FSNI Safety and wellbeing calendar activities.

**About you**
- You’ll have a strong track record in strategic leadership, people management including managing diversity in all its forms, and the ability to effectively maintain relationships and influence, key stakeholders and the senior leadership team.
- You will have excellent planning and communication skills - both written and verbal, with a great ability to collaborate with others, clearly articulate ideas/concepts and effectively present to others.
- Strong technical background with 5-10 years working in the field of Occupational Health and Wellbeing and / or Safety and Wellbeing and preferably a medical background e.g. Occupational Health Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or similar.
- Experience in operating as a trusted advisor to senior management, influencing decision-making or business outcomes
