- Northbridge Lifecare Trust is a warm and friendly Village/Rest home and hospital where our aim is to provide excellence in aged care. We are looking for an Administration Supervisor to support our Care Facility and team here at Northbridge.**ABOUT US**
We are a not-for-profit retirement village based in Northcote. We provide affordable accommodation for the elderly, with great apartments, wonderful facilities, gardens, hospital and rest home facility. We care for each other whether we are trustees, employees or residents living here. That’s unique, and it makes us unique, it’s who we are.**THE ROLE**
As someone who has a strong passion for helping & caring for people. Your tasks will include but not limited to:
- Provide support to all Care Facility staff through administration and training.
- Completing resident admissions across the facility, ensuring a high level of attention to detail with documentation.
- Taking the lead in projects within the Care Facility ensuring adequate training and providing administrative support to the Care Facility Manager.
- Managing roster to improve employee satisfaction, increase operational efficiency, better resource allocation, and enhance overall performance within our organisation and team.
**ABOUT YOU**
This role will require someone with not only an enthusiastic nature but
- **Skills & Experience** that will be a strong support to the team.
- Previous administration and co-ordination experience
- Display a high degree of computer literacy
- Able to competently use mobile devices (smart phones, tablets, etc.)
- Display a high degree of accuracy and detail in administrative tasks
- Ability to multi-task and self-manage prioritization of tasks.
- Highly effective in time management
- Efficient management of project work (e.g. tracking tasks, providing regular updates, etc.)
- A knowledge (and/or understanding of) WDHB and aged care, community sector, Not for Profit organisations would be advantageous
- Some understanding of relevant privacy and confidentiality for employees and residents
