**Job Description**:
Stowers are New Zealand’s containment specialists, delivering materials handling, storage, packaging and distribution solutions to industrial, commercial, horticultural and agricultural customers throughout the country.

Stowers offers the largest range of containment solutions and materials handling available. We represent most major plastic manufacturers’ in New Zealand, together with many international suppliers.

**The Role**

This is an outstanding opportunity for an energised Sales Coordinator to join our team.

You will report to the Sales Manager and also provide marketing support functions for the Stowers business whilst providing sales support for our national sales team.

This is a broad role designed to free up the sales reps from transactional and non-customer sales focused activity.

**Key areas of accountability**

Your main responsibility will be assisting with sales support administrative duties whilst managing our brand-new website with promotional activities, maintenance and relevant showroom updates.

You will be performing the following duties:

- Inputting quotes & key account orders for the Sales reps.
- Managing/ updating customer details on SAP system.
- Debtor phone call follow-up.
- Assisting with stock planning.
- Back-order & Sample account maintenance.
- Website management - Wordpress based site.
- Trade show preparation and support.
- Market analysis reporting.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Tertiary or customer service/ sales support experience
- Sales & marketing experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, Power BI (or other data mining tools)
- Previous exposure in market research analysis would be advantageous
- Experience with various survey tools
- Web/Social Media marketing

**Desirable skills /experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience in related field
- Experience in an industrial or B2B environment

**This role can be based out of our Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington or Christchurch offices**
