Our client is looking for a proactive, driven, flexible and dynamic person to hit the ground running within the FMCG Industry As a Sales Coordinator in the Wellington and Hawkes Bay region, you'll be the face of the business within your territory of customers - being their go-to for all their needs, and consistently providing them with exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for developing relationships with customers to ensure excellence in-store KPI's, and successful promotions and launches deployment.

This is a great opportunity for someone in a coordinator role that is used to juggling a busy portfolio and looking to step into their next challenge You will have a passion for people, an eye for detail and to be successful you will be able to think on your feet, have strong communication and relationship building skills, work in an agile environment.

**This role will be managing the Wellington to Hawkes Bay region. The role is fully remote, with 2 nights a fortnight away.**

**The Role**:

- Manage and build strong relationships with all customers within your allocated territory - Wellington - Hawkes Bay
- Maintain an efficient and effective customer call cycle
- Manage an inbox with prompt reply to customer queries
- Manage your sales targets with current and new products across the portfolio
- Manage and negotiate order quantities and pricing with customers
- Attend regular Sales Conferences and internal/external training

**About You**:

- Experience within the FMCG Sector would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work promptly and at pace
- A passion for working with people and building relationships
- Competent working with databases and MS Office
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
