**Job description**:

- Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure effective communication and satisfaction.
- Source and procure automotive parts to meet customer needs and maintain inventory levels.
- Provide accurate and competitive quotations for customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Advise customers on technical repairs and product selections, ensuring optimal solutions for their requirements.
- Organize and schedule jobs for mechanics, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of services.
- Maintain smooth workflow operations in the garage, coordinating with mechanics and suppliers.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities, promoting products and
services, and closing sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

**Job pre-requisites**:

- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge in automotive mechanics.
- Passions in sales and performance orientated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service.
- Multilingual is preferred and advantaged in lieu of multinational customer base.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose customer needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and ensuring competitive pricing.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in quotations and job scheduling.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating initiative and leadership where required.
- Basic financial understanding, including pricing strategies and profit margins.
- Valid driver’s license.
