**Responsibilities**:
As a Technical Sales Representative / Store Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Identifying Prospective Clients: identifying potential leads and opportunities.

Product Knowledge: Acquire and update knowledge of the employer's and competitors' goods and services, as well as staying informed about market conditions.

Client Engagement: Identifying selling / upselling opportunities. Assess customers' needs and explain the goods and services that meet their requirements.

Promotion and Sales: Promote the employer's ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients. Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, complete contracts, and record orders for our business clients.

Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with purchased ICT goods and services. Arrange modifications and promptly resolve any problems that may arise.

Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of business expenses incurred. Provide regular updates to sales management on sales made and the marketability of ICT goods and services.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is desirable but not mandatory.

Knowledge about software, designing, Photoshop, digital marketing, and stock management is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.

Proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and gadgets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
