We are a one stop IT solution Company based in Central Auckland. We are seeking 1 customer-focused ICT Support Technicians to join our team on a full-time basis. You must have worked in Support & Troubleshooting of Computers, Laptops, iPhone, iPad and Android devices, We are looking for someone with component level repair experience who can assemble and disassemble Computers, Laptops, phones, Tablets ,. You will be paid $25-$31 per hour depending on experience. You will work a minimum of 30 hours and a maximum of 45 hours a week. You will be responsible for: - Trouble Shouting Faults on desktop, laptops and Mobile phones ,Tablets And other Equipments. - Set up and test hardware or software of devices like Laptops, Computer systems, MacBook's, Smartphones, iPads, and Tablets to resolve faults. - Repair various devices like Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops, Motherboards and desktops. - Assembly and Upgrading Desktop Laptop Repairing which includes - Installing and uninstalling wide range of software and programs includingOperating system on Window and iMac. - Providing efficient customer service including troubleshooting and identifying requirements and providing a thorough explanation of the services that meet their requirements and recommending products that suit their needs. - Attentive at the front desk to make new tickets and assist in sales support. - Provide excellent customer service to customers physically as well as over phone support. - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. - Preparing and placing new orders for accessories and repair parts as and when required. - Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Other requirements include: - Good communications skills - Be able to work on a flexible roster including public holidays and weekends - Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills - Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. - Interpersonal skills - Relevant experience and qualification in similar fields preferred **Experience**: - Mobile Phone Technician: 1 year (required) Ability to Relocate: - Auckland: Relocate before starting work (required) Pay: From $31.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Employee discount - Relocation assistance - Visa sponsorship Schedule: - Day shift Supplementary Pay: - Performance bonus **Experience**: - Repair/Helpdesk: 1 year (preferred) Application Deadline: 13/09/2024
