The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-driven ArchiCAD Technician (or intermediate architect) to join our collaborative team. You'll work across a variety of residential projects with a strong focus on design and documentation, and you'll be supported by senior practitioners who value knowledge-sharing and mentoring.

What You'll Do

• Produce accurate 2D/3D documentation in ArchiCAD.
• Prepare resource consent and building consent documentation aligned with the NZ Building Code and local council requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, manage RFIs, and maintain clear project communications.
• Contribute to QA/document control and keep up with ArchiCAD best practices.

What You'll Bring

• ArchiCAD proficiency (ESSENTIAL).
• Exposure to land development design and construction (in-house experience advantageous).
• Working knowledge of NZ construction methods and codes (desirable training provided).
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural/consultant drawings.
• Clear communicator; collaborative and eager to learn.
