We are seeking an experienced Repair Technician to provide service and technical support in the Auckland, New Zealand region.

**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Warranty Repairs on Terminals, Printers, scanners etc
- Out of warranty Repairs on Ticket Checkers, Terminals, Printer and Scanner that are already out of warranty
- In charge of Inventory and Parts storage
- To load the Firmware on Terminal and Printers
- Monthly Statistical Reporting
- liaise with Lotto Helpdesk for any queries relating to IGT issues
- Logistics
- Dealing with Freight Forwarder for warranty repairs
- Request RMA numbers from manufacturer
- Dealing with Customs
- Complete Commercial invoices
- Contact IGT Singapore to approve Commercial invoices
- Complete Waybills
- Box and equipment shipment
- Repaired equipment received in, complete reports, add back into stock
- Stock take - monthly and as required
- Stock forecasting - stock can take up to 10 weeks to arrive from overseas, so forecasting is imperative
- Simple soldering to replace Red LED on scanner

**Skills and Experience**:

- Relevant certificates in Electronics or Electricals
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
- Able to work independently
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Team player
