**In this role you will**:

- Lead the Software Engineering Team
- Build, update and expand existing programs and software for mobile devices, social networks, and other digital platforms
- De-bug programs and software by testing for and fixing errors;
- Code new programs and software for mobile devices, social networks, and other digital platforms
- Edit source-code
- Communicate between departments
- Mentor new employees
- CI/CD Support
- Integrate third party frameworks and libraries

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience of programming on C++
- Have successfully lead a team for 3 years or more
- Hold a BCompSc or relevant qualification
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Flexible and self-motivated
- Strong work ethic
- Experience in IT & gaming industry is desirable
- Have permanent work rights in New Zealand

**It will be a huge plus to have**:

- Experience with Unreal Engine
- Reverse engineering skills
