Our Direct Marketing and Partnerships team is driven to improve how we acquire, engage, and reward our most valuable customers. We are now on the lookout for a **Direct** Marketing Specialist** to join our Albany based Support Centre**.**

As an experienced digital automation and marketing specialist, you will plan, lead, and execute the successful delivery of direct marketing activities for our eDM channel. We are seeking someone who has a passion for content segmentation, customer data and personalisation.

**Reporting to the Direct Marketing & Partnerships Manager, your key functions will include**:

- Create and execute an always on lifecycle marketing programme to stretch customer lifetime value
- Identify, evaluate, and actively pursue opportunities to drive greater customer loyalty and advocacy
- Keep current with industry developments, technologies, and best practices.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- At least 5 years in marketing automation, insights and data lead direct marketing and/or customer loyalty
- Experience in delivering high volume, high frequency direct marketing campaigns
- Experience with Emarsys or similar direct marketing platforms would be advantageous
- A passion for personalisation and exploring new opportunities.
