**This truly is an exciting opportunity to join New Zealand’s Marketing team of the Year (2022) based at our Support Centre in Albany, as a Retail Marketing Specialist.**

The **Retail Marketing Specialist** is a crucial member of our team consisting of four specialists responsible for executing and evaluating our national promotional plan. Additionally, they provide valuable support to important merchandise categories by implementing category-specific marketing strategies.

**Reporting to the Head of Retail Marketing, your key functions will include**:

- Campaign management - manage all aspects of marketing promotions to ensure performance metrics are met and post campaign analysis is leveraged to take learnings into future campaigns.
- Category Marketing support
- take ownership of key categories by building strong stakeholder relationships with the Merchandise team, and gathering key information to input into the promotional planning process to ensure these categories can leverage opportunities and meet objectives
- Communication - ensure all internal and external stakeholders are fully briefed on promotional objectives, creative content, and relevant media channels.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Minimum of 3 years campaign management experience
- An understanding of retail marketing
- A strong focus on accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- A high EQ, self-awareness, personal resilience, and strong inter-personal skills required to thrive while driving considerable change.
