You will play an integral role in transformative initiatives such as the Safe365 and Critical Risks projects, helping drive culture change, continuous improvement, and enhanced risk management practices. ** Mōu | Who You Are** You have significant experience leading and implementing Health and Safety practice, in a large complex organisation. You have a human centric approach to the way you work and have an ability to establish professional relationships and gain the confidence of staff at all levels. Ideally you have a Degree or Graduate Diploma in Health and Safety or related discipline and an NZISM or HASANZ accreditation (or relevant professional experience).
