Drive and deliver line of business P&L across the country whist developing and articulating a value proposition your team can skilfully deliver to clients. Your proven experience will see you lead client relationships and sales as well as driving product development.

**The Role**
- Align the country strategy to regional strategy linking back to the global model where relevant
- Manage and deliver line of business P&L for New Zealand
- Create an energetic, collaborative, results-driven regional team that works without boundaries and delivers best in class service to clients
- Drive the pipeline and lead sales opportunities across the state working closely with the business and other leaders
- Personally deliver on agreed key clients or target accounts, lead pitches and service clients
- Align property and casualty broking to the Australasia broking model
- Deliver P&L targets (revenue growth, direct Property cost management and Operating Income)
- Achieve new business targets
- Retain all key clients

**The Requirements**
- Preferably educated to a degree, or MBA level (or country equivalent)
- Preferably with professional qualifications, e.g., ACII or similar country equivalent, or relevant industry experience
- Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing people
- Strong skills in problem solving, planning, and budgeting
- High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management
- Proven track record of delivering new business against challenging sales targets
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environment
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreement
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to act as an ambassador for WTW
