Due to an internal promotion, we currently have a unique and exciting senior leadership opportunity, working with property finance clients across varied projects in the greater Auckland area.

We spoke with our General Manager - Property Finance, who let us know the following about the role:
**What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?**
- Actively lead and manage a team of 11 Client Directors and Partners by coaching and mentoring them to help deliver the right property finance solution for the customer and BNZ, while also embedding and reinforcing effective client planning and sales management disciplines through the team.
- Supporting Client Directors and Partners in their engagement with colleagues in the PF LT, Risk, Finance, Pricing etc on significant transactions.
- Ensuring a high standard of credit quality is being maintained across the Auckland Property team through oversight and consultation where required on credit proposal including (but not limited to) deal structures and financial analysis.
- Meeting with customers and industry professionals regularly to maintain presence in market and generate quality leads.
- Active management of the team's expense plan and revenue target to ensure performance is to Plan.

Identifying more efficient ways to deliver great results to our customers and supporting the team to do this. Another imperative would be maintaining a truly engaged and motivated team and further strengthening our culture and customer satisfaction levels.
