**The Role**:
At a time of business growth, it’s more important than ever that we continue to deliver the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. To support our growth plans, an opportunity now exists for a proven operations leader to take charge of our Palmerston North site. Leading a team of 30 contractors, you will be responsible for driving our high delivery service standards and superior customer service across our Manawatu customer base.

The role will be responsible for driving a culture of success within our Regions team, while planning for the expected and unexpected; and ensuring our continued operational and financial success at our premium Palmerston North branch.

This role will also be responsible for managing and monitoring our Health and Safety compliance.

**About You**:
Passionate about team development and with a proven track record in delivering sustained business growth you will be an experienced leader, coach, mentor, motivator and manager. You will likely have spent a minimum of four years in a branch or senior operations management capacity and be able to demonstrate success in implementing strategies which promote exceptional service for our loyal customer base.

You will be an excellent communicator, a proven leader and a sound decision-maker and planner, underpinned by precision and discipline. Accountability for developing business goals and achieving financial and operational success will be evidenced in your recent career history.

Ideally, this experience is likely to have been gained in large scale, nationwide service delivery and operational business units within sectors such as freight, logistics, and supply chain.
