**The role**:
Working with one other branch Service Advisor this role is responsible providing exceptional customer experiences every day. You will liaise with the branch Service Supervisors and Heavy Diesel Technicians to keep jobs on track, deliver quotes, problem solve and open, update and close service calls.For this, your organisational skills will be key.You will be using multiple systems and apps so your technology skills will need to be top notch.

This role positions you well to step into other roles within the branch and the business nationally.

**Preferably you will**:

- Put the customer at the forefront of all you do
- Have experience in a similar role in our, or a related, industry
- Possesses a high level of computer literacy and experience in the quotation and invoicing processes
- Be super organised, driving and following processes
- Have a collaborative and engaging approach and superior communication skills
