**_About the role/Te mahi_**
Exceptional administrators needed
The Wellington campus is home to some of New Zealand’s top health researchers and budding future health professionals - we need your expertise to play your part in their continued success.
You will provide administrative support to one or more work areas and will become a key contact for a range of students, staff and visitors. Along with excellent administration skills, a strong customer service focus is critical to success in this role. If you’re after variety, this job has it.
Key tasks of this role include:
- A range of administrative duties, from timetabling to consulting with teaching staff, coordinating assessments, to document & records management and much more.
- Using University systems to maintain databases, extracting data, providing reports and other relevant data.
- General administrative support for academic staff members such as meeting support and organising travel arrangements.

- Proven experience in a busy administration role where high levels of customer service delivery are expected.
- A passion for delivering exceptional assistance to customers.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
