About the role:
Reporting to the People & Culture Support Services Manager and as part of the ANZ People & Culture team, the People & Culture Coordinator works closely with the People & Culture and Operations teams to support processes across the employee life-cycle. The role will support the wider People team with various administrative tasks and projects as well as being the first point of contact for office related activities in Auckland.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the ANZ People & Culture Inbox, providing first-line advice on People & Culture procedures and policies and triaging where appropriate- Administer and collate information to contribute to People & Culture reporting rhythm including Board Reports, Compliance reports and Operation reports to support data driven decisions- Assist in the preparation and distribution of all P&C documentation and correspondence as required- Support People & Culture team on various projects including people system updates and implementation, compliance initiatives and general people-related projects- Weekly review and update of Visa status and maintaining visa information in Workday- Work with People & Culture team to develop, review and update relevant HR processes, including the appropriate templates, guides, and documentation.- Support Nandocas in Auckland Central Support with travel booking and coordination both domestically in NZ and internationally- Be the point of contact and support coordination for local NZ events- Coordinate and facilitate morning teas and sharing relevant business updates with the Auckland Nandocas- Support the successful operation of the Central Support Auckland office including managing supplies and accepting deliveries
Who are we looking for?- A customer first attitude and ability to build rapport at all levels within the organisation- Willingness to work across all aspects of the employee lifecycle in a very operational role- Prior experience in a HR Administration or Coordinator role, preferably across ANZ- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office, Excel, Outlook- Prior experience with Workday is preferred- Ability to work autonomously with drive and initiative- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)- A strong team ethic and a willingness to learn

This is a full-time permanent role, based in our awesome office in Auckland CBD with flexible work arrangements.
